Alerts watch price (USD or native) or market cap with conditions like goes over / under or percentage moves. Frequency can be once or always while the alert stays active.

There is a cap on active alerts per user — remove unused ones to free slots.

When a condition fires, stbl.meme pushes an in-app notification / toast over the alerts WebSocket channel. Keep the app open (or return soon) to act on the signal.
